Music and Forgiveness

Visible Thinking worked closely with ACE: Aspiration, Creativity and Elevation to produce tracks of music related to Conflict and Forgiveness: a musical conversation. Sessions were led by speakers of The Forgiveness Project, Tracey Ford whose son was murdered in South East London in 2008, and as yet no one has been convicted and Peter Miles, an ex-offender born in St Pauls, Bristol and who has served prison sentences both here and in America. Their stories provided an inspiration to young people and music leaders to translate their own responses to these stories and their own lives using both live instrumental music and music technology. Below are links is a track created by Duppy Beatz with young people from these sessions.
